Awesome place! Great space for families and dates. I recommend the fried pickles! Absolutely obliterated that plate lol, really enjoyed them and the sauce. Could have been a little more crispy but I’d order them again! Plenty of drinks to choose from whether you enjoy wine, beer, IPAs, etc. Nachos was okay, a little watery. The salads and quesadillas were great! Soup was decent. Excited to come again! The ambiance of the place really made it a great experience!
At first I wasn't sure about eating at this place, until we walked inside. It was pretty dark but I'm sure that is the the one and only problem you will have out of this place. The menu only has one side, which is good because you can easily choose what you want to eat. The service was top notch, it was fast and the waitress even had a full on conversation with us. The prices were a little on the expensive side, almost fifty dollars for three people, but in my opinion taste is all that matters. The murals on their walls were hand painted by a local and were pretty cool. I would totally recommend this place to you if you are looking for a nice place to have a drink or eat dinner with your family you don't have to think twice about it.
Delicious food and great friendly customer service. We came on Sunday Memorial Day weekend and had something beer floats and some fantastic ribs and a Philly flatbread. Highly recommend this place. The patio is super cute, too.
What a pleasant surprise. Super cool inside. Great vibe. Looks pricey, but for what you get....hell yeah, definitely going back. The molten lava burger was oh so delicious. Our server (her name escapes me) made terrific recommendations, she poured a hateful (that means excellent on my rez) mimosa! Don't pass this place, hubby loved craft beer selections.
This place is great! When we showed up they were super understaffed but warned us ahead of time it would take about 10-15 mins for server to come to our table. We really appreciated the honesty! You could tell they were all helping each other out. Our food was so yummy and warm! Would definitely go back. Such kind people. The young guy who was hostess was so nice! I know it’s hard being understaffed personally so was very impressed with how hard staff was working to take care of everyone.
Fantastic food and service! Not from around here and took a chance and it was well worth it. The pulled pork Mac n cheese is chefs kiss. We will be back.
They have tachos! Need I say more? If you love tater tots like I do, give them a try. My bf had the double 8 oz burger with fries & jalapeño poppers. We had the caramel apple sangria (sweet) & the blood orange margarita. The food was well made, served hot & well seasoned. I would definitely go back when we are in the area.
I LOVE Gastro 49 Pub & Eatery!!! Hands-down one of my absolute favorite restaurant/pub establishments! The bartenders/servers are always polite and generous. The atmosphere is relaxing and stress-free, and the food is everything you'd expect in a good pub. Family friendly and seating at the bar available. New craft beers are served weekly. We had a pleasant meal at Gastro 49. The food is a little more unique than a typical “American Food” eatery. We sat outside and really enjoyed the patio (but wish there would have been music). We ordered the jalapeño poppers, Gastro burger, and buffalo chicken salad. The sweet potato fries were the best we’ve ever had.
We rolled through town on our way to Chicago and dropped in here right after they opened. We were not disappointed! Friendly service, quality food and a dangerously good Blood Mary.
